We are hiring: Executive Assistant (part time, fully remote)
Antravia Advisory is an international accounting, finance and tax advisory firm serving founder-owned businesses, cross-border groups, and travel companies with complex multi-jurisdiction needs. Our work spans US entity structuring, international tax compliance, CFO-level financial architecture, and market entry across the US, Europe, Asia, and beyond. Our clients are sophisticated operators who expect rigorous, senior-led advice.
As the firm grows, we are looking for a part-time executive assistant to support our director and, on a secondary basis, two related entities within the group. This is a varied and genuinely interesting role. You will be close to the work, not at arm's length from it.
What the role involves
Coordinating client onboarding and keeping engagement trackers up to date
Scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up across time zones
Formatting and filing client deliverables and internal documents
Supporting LinkedIn content scheduling across the group's brand pages
Invoice tracking and basic accounts receivable follow-up
General inbox and communications support for the director
What we are looking for
You are organised, discreet, and self-directed. You communicate clearly in written English, you take ownership of what is in your remit, and you do not need to be chased. Experience in a professional services, finance, or legal environment is an advantage. Timezone and location are irrelevant as we work with people across the world and are comfortable doing so.
